Meet the Team

Courtney St. Pierre (Vice President/General Contractor)

Courtney is a native of Clinton, NC. After high school, he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he obtained a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Courtney's passion for building began in 2007 when he and his wife Alice began designing plans for their own house. He obtained his Building Contractor's License and is the Licensed General Contractor for River Landing Custom Home Builders. Courtney and his team have built over 30 custom homes in eastern North Carolina. Not only does he enjoy flying and building, he enjoys spending time with his six year old son Jackson.

Alice St. Pierre (Design and Lighting Consultant)

Alice, wife of Courtney, and mother of Jackson, began working with River Landing Builders to help homeowners with lighting decisions. With a B.S in Business Administration and a minor in Interior Design, she adds a personal touch for homeowners in design decisions. Having worked as a lighting consultant for Lighting Inc. in Raleigh, NC, she has a vast knowledge of various lighting styles and applications.

Mark Scronce (Construction Manager)

Mark and his wife, Michelle, reside in River Landing with their daughter Marlee. A graduate of East Carolina University where he studied Construction Management, Mark is the Construction Manager for River Landing Custom Home Builders. He is a Licensed HVAC Contractor and also has experience as a certified "Energy Star" house rater.

Experienced in construction, renovation, and cost estimating within the commercial and residential environments, Mark has over ten years in the construction industry, performing construction management and general contractor roles. He has been recognized for well-developed project management skills, including the use of computer technology to track job progress, control project costs, and schedule operational tasks that enable project completion on time and under budget. Mark consistently delivers quality service and products that exceed customer expectations.
